  • Navigate to the "Security" section and look for the "Enable Fingerprint" option.
  • Toggle the button beside "Enable Fingerprint" to turn on this feature.
  • Once the process is complete, you will receive a success message indicating that you can now use your fingerprint to access your account.

To change your transaction PIN, simply follow these easy steps:

  • Open your Kolomoni app and log in to your account.
  • Select the "More" option located at the bottom right of your screen.
  • Navigate to the "Security" section and look for the "Change transaction PIN" option.
  • Enter your current PIN and the new PIN that you want to use.
  • Confirm the new PIN by entering it again.
  • Click on the "Confirm" button to complete the process.

  • Choose "Payments" and select "Send money"
  • Select “Kolomoni to Kolomoni”
  • Enter the amount you wish to transfer, the beneficiary's account number, and a brief narration of the transaction.
  • Click on "Pay now".
  • Review the transaction details to ensure they are accurate, then confirm the transfer.
  • Input your password and submit the transfer.

Congratulations! Your transaction has been completed successfully.

To send money to other banks using your Kolomoni app, follow these steps:

  • Open your Kolomoni app and select "Bank" from the menu.
  • Choose "Payments" and select "Send money"
  • Select “Kolomoni to other banks
  • Select the bank and input the beneficiary's account number.
  • Include narration and select the date and time for the transaction.
  • Review the transaction details to ensure they are correct.
  • Input your password and submit the transaction.

Congratulations! You have successfully sent money to another bank using your Kolomoni app.

To send money to other banks using your Kolomoni app, follow these steps:

  • Open your Kolomoni app and select "Bank" from the menu.
  • Choose "Payments" and select "create payment link".
  • Select what you would like to do e.g I want to (send/receive money).

  • Click on "schedule payment" to set up the transaction, or "pay now" to transfer the funds immediately.
  • Review the transaction details to ensure they are correct.
